  • Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before you finalize your order. Any applicable free shipping promotions will automatically apply at checkout when conditions are met.

3. Order Tracking

Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email containing a carrier tracking link. Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours for the tracking status to update on the courier portal after receiving the email.

Eleven is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer. Re-routing or re-shipping fees resulting from incorrect address details will be the customer's responsibility.

Delivery timelines (5 to 7 business days) are estimates provided by our shipping carriers. Eleven is not liable for minor delays caused by severe weather conditions, carrier logistics disruptions, high-volume peak periods, or national holidays.
